The Birth-to-Three Quality Initiative (B3QI) was created to improve the quality and availability of care for children aged birth to three in North Carolina by supporting Early Care and Education facilities through coaching, mentoring, and training.

Our Birth-to-Three Specialist provides FREE leadership, coaching, training, and hands-on support for teachers and site administrators.  B3QI uses a Practice-Based Coaching framework that involves building partnerships and shared goals with teachers and administrators to help them plan and achieve high quality practices that are responsive to their communities and cultures.
